I’m kind of a nut about healthy eating, which doesn’t mean I can always resist plunging a spoon into a jar of Marshmallow Fluff. (I have a terrible sugar addiction.) This accounts for a certain schizophrenia about the recipes posted here. Most are healthy and family friendly. A few are family friendly but not healthy. Such is life.
I enjoy naming recipes after characters in my books. Would Jane Darlington enjoy my vegetarian pasta recipes? How would Dan Calebow react to my meatless split pea soup? (Cal Bonner, the definitive junk food junky in Nobody’s Baby But Mine, continues to be a challenge, but I’m working on him.)
Here are some of my favorites. Enjoy!
